Main duties of the job

  • Provide Administrative support to clinical and non-clinical services.
  • To work as part of a team.
  • To answer telephone and/or email enquiries, processing and maintaining records (paper and electronic), using SystmOne updating databases and spread sheets, scanning, typing, photocopying, and arranging meetings/events
  • To receive telephone calls from patients who wish to book or change their appointments or have general enquiries.
  • To act as a first point of contact for all forms of communication.
