About the role
Maintain, repair, and improve moulds to ensure optimal performance.
Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to minimise downtime and enhance tool reliability.
Carry out high-quality maintenance with a focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
Working at rotating shift pattern of Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:00pm and 8:00am to 4:00pm, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
About you
-------------
To be successful in this role you ideally have:
Background in a production or manufacturing environment.
MIG and TIG welding experience.
Strong mechanical and fabrication skills, including use of lathes, mills, grinders, and hand tools.
Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Comfortable using digital tools and systems (e.g., CMMS or mould maintenance software).
Physically fit with good manual handling awareness (role involves handling heavy tooling).
Self-motivated, independent, and committed to continuous improvement.
Reliable team player with a proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Full UK driving licence (Forklift Truck licence preferred).
