Woking Football Club - U15 Boys Lead Coach
Start date: Immediately
Salary: 350 per month + 15 mileage
Type: Part Time
Hours: Tuesday (16:30 - 18:00), Thursday (17:00 - 18:00) & Saturday (Matchday)
Reports to: Matthew Winter - Academy Manager
Summary:
Cardinals in the Community (Woking Academy) is excited to welcome applications for a Youth Academy Coaching role as the lead coach for the under 15 boys. This is a fantastic opportunity to coach talented young players competing in the Junior Premier League (JPL) and play a key role in their development.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality, age-appropriate training sessions (2 per week - 2.5 hours total). Lead the team on Saturday matchdays, ensuring a positive, developmental experience. Participate in the retain and release process as part of player development and progression.
Requirements:
Level 2/UEFA C Licence (E)
Previous Academy Experience. (E)
UEFA B Licence (D)
Step 1 -3 First Team/EFL Experience. (D)
Must have access to own car.
