Ipswich Town Football Club are recruiting a Women's Team Safeguarding and Player Welfare Officer.

This role is responsible for the day-to-day safeguarding and welfare of all players within our successful Women's team and under 21s. With a desire to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered, this role provides advice and guidance to support the development of players, ensuring all players have the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Who are you?



A person-centred and trauma informed approach, with the ability to maintain this perspective Excellent communication skills with the ability to build meaningful, relationships with staff, players and parents/carers. Well organised, and prioritise workload whilst being flexible to respond to unexpected or urgent issues. Able to demonstrate integrity with the ability to always maintain confidentiality. Able to promote and demonstrate equality, inclusion, anti-oppressive and anti discriminatory practice. Able to complete a satisfactory Enhanced plus Barred DBS check
