Paolos Pizza is an exciting and dynamic restaurant that prides itself on high-quality, hand-crafted pizza made with fresh, local ingredients. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Wood-Fired Pizza restaurant Manager to join our team and elevate our operation process.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook pizzas in a wood-fired oven. Manage teams & operate Buisness smoothly & good decision maker in terms of customer service or treat their teams. Act as a good & professional leader. Ensure all pizzas are cooked to perfection, maintaining consistency in quality and presentation. Handle pizza preparation from scratch, including dough, sauce, and toppings. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and pizza-making area. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Manage inventory and order ingredients as needed. Manage paperwork compliance Manage training processes Manager KPI's Manage PSI (Product/Service/Image)

Requirements:

Proven experience as a leader or similar role. Strong knowledge of traditional pizza-making techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication skills and team player. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Culinary certification (preferred, but not required).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
