Responsibilities

write daily menu, order, stock, Ensure all food is prepared safely and in compliance with food safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times Assist in menu planning and development, offering creative ideas for new dishes Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and minimise waste Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service during meal service Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to ensure consistency Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times, including proper handling of equipment and ingredients

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or similar setting Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices Excellent pizza making skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Good understanding of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance Previous restaurant experience is required Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
