Flooring Assistant / Specialist - Wood Floor & Marble Restoration (Variable 0 hours contract, London-Based)

Job Overview:

This role involves working closely with our team to restore and install flooring with attention to quality and detail. You'll need to be comfortable using

hand and power tools

, working on-site, and helping ensure projects are completed to high standards.

Ideal for someone who is:

Friendly and reliable Willing to work flexible hours (some out-of-hours work) Based in London and able to meet us on job sites Variable hours/0 hour contract or happy to work on that basis Experienced in flooring (preferred), but we'll train the right person

Key Duties:

Assist with the

installation of wood flooring

(hardwood, parquet, engineered) Sand and finish wooden floors Polish

marble, granite

, and other natural stone Perform

pressure washing and apply sealants

Prepare surfaces by

cleaning, levelling, and repairing

as needed Measure, cut, and fit flooring materials accurately Use hand and power tools safely and confidently Help maintain a clean and organised job site and warehouse Collaborate with the team to complete projects on time Follow all health & safety procedures

Experience / Skills:

Experience in flooring or construction is preferred Confident with tools and basic troubleshooting Strong attention to detail Willingness to learn and work hard Good team player and communicator
