Woodworking Production Supervisor

The Tipi Company is the UK's leading manufacturer of large-scale tipi structures. As we grow, we're rebuilding our production team and are looking for an experienced, hands-on Woodworking Production Supervisor to lead from the front.

This is a working supervisor role -- ideal for an experienced woodworker or joiner who takes pride in quality, uses initiative, and wants real ownership in a growing manufacturing business.

The Role

Lead and supervise the workshop and wood yard team Work hands-on manufacturing and assembling wooden tipi products both at the factory and at client's sites Allocate daily work in line with the production schedule Maintain high standards of quality, organisation, and health & safety Manage stock, tooling, and workshop efficiency Work closely with Operations, Buying, and the Fabric team Support product development and continuous improvement

About You

Strong woodworking / joinery background Supervisory or team leader experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment Confident using workshop machinery and hand tools High standards, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset Calm under pressure and comfortable leading on the shop floor Full, clean driving licence

Working 40 hours week - Monday to Thursday 7:00am to 16:00pm, Friday 6:30am to 12:30pm
