A highly successful and well-established business based on the Fylde Coast currently seek an experienced administrator / diary planner / work scheduler to join their installations department.
You will undertake a varied role within a secure and stable business who have an excellent reputation within their market.
Your role in your new job
Reporting to the senior contracts manager you will assist in general office / diary management processes including:
. Scheduling the daily workload for both service engineers and installers
Inputting sales data onto the internal admin base system
Filing , Creating Purchase Orders and Maintaining Records
Answering the telephone both internal and external customers
Raising sales invoices and liaising with customers
Assisting with the preparation of payments to subcontractors
Collecting payments from customers and debt management
. General office duties
Your experience and our requirements
Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills are essential including a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Good knowledge of Word and Excel is essential .
