Work From Home Telephone Fundraiser - Lottery Campaigns

Connect Worldwide Services is recruiting experienced work from home telephone fundraisers to recruit new lottery players for local hospices and UK based charities.

The lottery includes weekly prize draws for its players with the proceeds raised to benefit local hospices and national charities. Make a positive difference whilst earning great money in the comfort of your own home!

The shift is 11am - 7pm Monday to Thursday and 10am - 5pm Friday. Additional hours are available for the right candidates.

The job is work from home / remote meaning the position is open to candidates anywhere in the UK.

Candidates will need to be an experienced fundraiser or have telesales experience.

For this role you will need your own laptop and headset.

Day to day duties

- Calling prospects in the UK that are in the geographical area of the hospices represented.

- Asking prospects to sign up to regular lottery subscription paying by direct debit

- Following a script

- Using a dialler system and CRM

- Must be familiar with telephone sales or fundraising

Essential's

- Candidates must be able to work remotely.

- Must have a pc or mac and USB/Bluetooth headset

- Must have fantastic communication skills

- Must be target driven & hungry for success

- Must have the ability to work under pressure and in a high paced environment.

- Good IT literacy, you will be switching between CRM's.

- Can multitask and adapt your style to communicate with customers.

- Must have the right to work in UK and have all of your ID in place.

Salary: 12.21 an hour with fast-track opportunity to increase when achieving targets, plus very good weekly bonus. Weekly pay.
