18,000 per year (pro-rata; equivalent to ~25,714 for full-time 40 hours/week)
+ commission bonuses (OTE 40,000-50,000)

About the Role

M&M Compliance is looking for a motivated

Business Development Consultant

to sell our specialist training products across the UK. This is a

sales-focused role

, ideal for someone experienced in telesales, business development, or remote sales, who enjoys managing their own schedule and achieving targets.

You will be responsible for generating revenue by

directly selling our accredited training courses

to new and existing clients in the healthcare, public, and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Make

500-600 outbound calls per month

to potential and existing clients Directly sell M&M Compliance training courses and secure confirmed bookings Provide clear, professional information about courses, dates, and pricing Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth Log all calls, activity, and outcomes accurately in HubSpot CRM Support the wider sales and marketing team with client engagement and follow-up

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in

sales, telesales, or business development

Experience

working from home

and managing your own schedule Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-focused Confident, professional telephone manner with excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to quickly build rapport and close sales Basic IT and CRM experience
