Walters UK Limited is seeking a Bid Administrator to support our Work Winning team. This role is crucial in ensuring high-quality bid submissions, managing bid documentation, and assisting with pre-qualification processes. The Bid Administrator will work closely with the Bid Manager, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other internal teams to coordinate, format, and submit compelling bid responses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

Assist in preparing tender submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements. Manage Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and coordinate bid documents. Maintain and update the bid library, including case studies, CVs, and company information. Monitor online procurement portals for new business opportunities. Support the bid team in content creation, formatting, and document design. Support the bid team in bid meetings and workshops, including presentation preparation. Ensure branding and corporate identity compliance across bid submissions. Assist in proofreading and editing bid responses for clarity and impact. Support marketing efforts related to Work Winning, including social media and website content.

QUALIFICATIONS AND CAPABILITIES

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
