Up to 26,000 per year (Full-Time Equivalent)

Pay Model:

Paid for your ENTIRE shift (including travel & gaps, NOT just per visit)

Mileage:

45p per mile travel allowance

The Role: Making a Real Impact

As a Community Care Worker, you'll deliver person-centred care that supports independence and wellbeing.

Your daily impact includes:

Personal Support:

Washing, dressing, toileting assistance

Health:

Meal preparation, hydration support, medication assistance

Companionship:

Emotional support and mobility help

Household Help:

Tidying, changing linens, light domestic tasks

Documentation:

Logging visits easily using our Beehive Care app

Shifts That Work for Your Life

Full-Time:

37.5 hours per week over 5 days (includes alternate weekends)

Part-Time:

Flexible shifts, minimum of 3+ morning or evening shifts per week

Extra Hours:

Optional additional shifts available via our Click to Care app

What You'll Need

Full UK driving licence & reliable car (essential) Confidence driving in rural areas and country lanes A caring, dependable nature and passion for helping others Comfort using a smartphone for rotas and care notes Right to work in the UK (we cannot provide sponsorship)
