We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Workforce Coordinator to lead our human resources and staffing operations. The successful candidate will oversee workforce planning, optimise talent acquisition processes, and ensure efficient management of personnel data. The Workforce Coordinator will play a pivotal role in fostering a productive and compliant work environment, ensuring staffing needs are met with precision and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Safe levels of clinical staffing is available within the Practice.
Communication within the practice takes place regarding gaps and internal cover mechanisms are put in place.
Issues and risks are escalated to the appropriate Manager.
There are robust systems for management of all types of leave and absence processes for clinical staff.
Planning, building and managing all clinical rotas
On boarding new team members ensuring all the relevant paperwork is completed ensuring that it recorded in Teamnet/equivalent
Ensuring that the Practice manager has all relevant information for payroll
Amend any contracts as and when required
Updating the Non-Clinical teams master rota
Maternity assessments & other necessary risk assessments
Sick Reporting - Return to work management
Skills
Extensive experience with SystmOne, Microsoft Applications
Proven management and supervising experience within human resources or related fields
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Some Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in the UK context supported by Peninsula
Ability to speak to lead teams confidently whilst fostering a collaborative working environment
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
This position is integral to maintaining a high-performing workforce aligned with organisational goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership qualities, technical expertise in HR systems, and exceptional communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 15.00-18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
