Join Close Brothers Premium Finance Team where you will provide forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling solutions where appropriate and performance analysis to our teams. Working as part of the Workforce Management team our ideal team member will have previous experience in forecasting and capacity planning with excellent interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES



Produce accurate workload forecasts accounting for trends and seasonality in contact rates and proposal volumes. Develop forecasts working with: existing data, our operational leaders, commercial information and change programmes. Track the impact of operational change activities affecting operational Teams to improve the accuracy of our forecasts and benefits delivered. Ensure tracking of forecast accuracy across our Operations, quickly responding to any issues encountered. Collation and analysis of performance data and call/proposal volumes to monitor changes and trends. Lead the production of Workforce planning data and reporting. Conduct impact assessments in support of continuous improvement and change projects. Produce simulations and what-if scenarios to assist with business cases and providing headcount and cost projections to support managerial decision making. Creation of detailed 'Bottom-up builds' for the budgeting process.
Build effective relationships with Operation l leaders to enable the business to develop and land forecast plans Use negation and persuasion skills to influence better results for our customers and the business. Support Operational Managers with Excel-based models, ensuring they can execute against plans and producing relevant reporting about our workforce plans. Coach, mentor, and develop operational management teams to ensure they have the capability to execute against resource plans and opportunities. Present complex data in consumable outputs and insights to inform our teams to focus to drive performance.
Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE/ARE:



Experience in forecasting and capacity planning Proven experience of producing accurate workload forecasting models using statistical techniques for a multi-skilled, inbound and back-office service centre Proven Excel modelling skills. Experience of extracting and analysing complex data from multiple sources. Adept at conducting 80/20 analysis, drawing out business insights from that analysis and presenting findings and recommendations persuasively. Report production, communicating data in a meaningful format to various stakeholders, articulating requirements, expectations and desired outcomes. Influencing operational Team Managers to effectively allocate resource within their work streams and teams. Proven track record of creating strong relationships with operations and support teams, finance managers and business intelligence analysts. Ability to clearly present ideas, theories, and technical information to operations and managerial staff. Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Understanding of Service Excellence aligned with Commercial Acumen
