About the Role
As an Workforce Planning Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our Workforce Planning Manager to deliver cost-efficient resource schedules that align with performance KPIs and budgetary goals. You'll be instrumental in maintaining shift schedules, updating forecasting models, and supporting strategic planning initiatives across our national operations.
What you'll be doing
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain core shift schedules using Rotamaster.
  • Update and distribute forecast models and productivity trackers.
  • Support new projects and attend planning calls as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation in all shift patterns.
  • Distribute rosters to regional contact centre teams in a timely manner.
  • Proactively identify and escalate issues that may impact performance or reputation.
  • Deputise for the Workforce Planning Manager when required.
  • Collaborate with wider operational teams to support business strategies.
What we'll look for in you
What We're Looking For
Essential:
  • Experience with Workforce Management tools and contact centre environments.
  • Strong administrative skills and understanding of performance/financial targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Query.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and perform under pressure.
Desirable:
  • Experience with Rotamaster.
  • Previous workforce planning experience.
