On behalf of FCDO, we are looking for a Workforce Planning Manager (Inside IR35) for a 6 months contract based Hybrid - 2 days in Glasgow office.

As a Workforce Planning Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
Develop, implement and monitor the delivery of the Workforce Planning strategy.
Conduct analysis on current workforce capability and develop required plan to meet policy and financial requirements.
Advising and guiding the RSO Director, Senior Leadership Team and other senior staff on people related matters and support production of required reporting documents for Government submissions.
Building strong relationships with FCDO HR and other organizational counterparts to shape and influence people related matters to protect the interests of RSO staff as well as resolving issues quickly.
Develop and implement an efficient, effective recruitment, onboarding and induction programme.
Lead on people engagement activities and strategies including the ongoing development of high performing teams and individuals.
Lead and develop a team of operational colleagues that will directly drive the Workforce Planning requirements and implementation.
