On behalf of National Savings & Investments, we are looking for a Workforce Planning Manager (Inside IR35) for a 6 month contract hybrid based ideally in London, alternatively our client will consider Lytham St Annes, Glasgow or Durham

As a Workforce Planning Manager, your main responsibilities will be:



Develop and analyze large, complex data sets to uncover trends and actionable insights. Present data in a clear and compelling way for audiences without technical expertise. Advise and influence stakeholders by leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic decisions. Identify risks and opportunities from data and recommend practical solutions. Design and build Power BI dashboards and implement automated reporting to streamline processes.

Essential:

Data Analysis - ability to develop and analyze large, complex data sets to identify trends and insights. Data Presentation - skilled at presenting information clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences. Stakeholder Influence - proven capability to advise and influence stakeholders using data-driven insights. Risk Identification - strong aptitude for spotting risks through data and recommending practical solutions. Power BI & Automation - experience in building Power BI dashboards and implementing automated reporting processes. HR Expertise - understanding of HR processes and workforce data management.
