Workforce Success Administrator
We are seeking an individual who has excellent attention to detail and accuracy, who works efficiently and independently, as well as exceptional time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
The successful candidate must have a strong focus on administration, displaying excellent teamworking and communication skills which are essential. The role entails having access to sensitive information; therefore, empathy and discretion are fundamental for success. The role offers variety, with responsibilities ranging from assisting with the administration of employee relations and recruitment, to training and maintenance of documents and records.

Responsibilities:
Assisting with updating the HR/Workforce Success database, ensuring employee records are accurate and maintained at all times.
Assisting with maintaining HR/Workforce Success trackers, including absence and probations trackers. Ensuring all are kept up to date and necessary follow up actions are complete.
Assisting with maintaining staff uniform stock levels, issuing uniform as required, maintaining staff uniform database.
Assisting with the weekly fire alarm testing.
Assisting with writing internal and external letters and memos.
Assisting with the recruitment process, including advertising job vacancies, short listing candidates and arranging interviews / outcome letters.
Assisting with inductions for new starters and temporary workers, including preparing all paperwork and completing the induction process.
Attending internal meetings and assisting with preparing meeting minutes.
Assisting with arranging training in line with statutory requirements and ensure employee training records are kept up to date.
Assisting with completing monthly payroll spreadsheets for the Finance Departments attention.
Assisting with monitoring the clocking in system on a daily basis.
Assisting with raising purchase orders and ordering goods and or services with suppliers.
Ensure the successful maintenance, updating and archiving of all personnel files.
To carry out tasks reasonably requested by the Workforce Success Manager.
Promote positivity in the workplace.
Assist in the development and continuous improvement of the Workforce Success department, including monitoring, reviewing and improving processes and systems.
Ad hoc duties and support for other departments.

Qualifications
Essential
Educated to GCSE/A-level standard with GCSE passes in English and Maths.
Knowledge

Good ICT knowledge, to include Word and Outlook.
Previous experience of working in an administration role/department.
Desirable
Previous experience of working in a busy HR department.
Knowledge of employment law.
