Job Description

We are seeking qualified HCPs (Nurse, OT, Physio, MH Nurse, Paramedic, Doctor) to conduct Working Capability Assessments for benefit claimants. Responsibilities include:
Carrying a caseload of around 5 assessments per day
Producing factual reports of approximately 500 words per assessment
Using clinical expertise to evaluate how disabilities or health conditions affect working capabilities
Providing clear, objective evidence to support decision-makers in determining eligibility
Requirements:
1+ year post-registration experience
Professional registration (NMC- RGN, RMN, RNLD, HCPC- Paramedic, Physiotherapist, GMC)
Strong IT, communication, and report-writing skills
