We are seeking a Working Supervisor to join our team at Anmac Construction & Surfacing Ltd. This pivotal role is based nationwide and involves overseeing construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations on construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Manage a team of workers, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals. Coordinate with project managers to align on timelines and deliverables. Monitor work progress and report any issues or delays to management. Ensure that materials and equipment are available for the team as needed. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the groundwork and civil engineering sector. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and management. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure. Ability to work nationwide. Clean driving licence Pay negotiable depending on experience.
