Working Foreman / Civil Supervisor

Project Start: January 2026
We are commencing a new public realm project in Belfast and are seeking an experienced Working Foreman / Civil Supervisor to lead site activities and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient delivery of the works.
Experience & Requirements
Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar supervisory or foreman role
Strong civils background with proven ability to manage day-to-day site operations
Ability to coordinate labour, subcontractors, and suppliers
Strong communication and record-keeping skills
Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage your own direct labour team on-site
Order day-to-day materials and arrange timely deliveries
Maintain daily site records, including labour allocations and progress photos
Monitor, implement, and enforce site health, safety, and quality standards
Prepare short-term lookaheads in coordination with the Contracts Manager
Liaise with the Clerk of Works and respond to site queries
Manage subcontractors and oversee their work quality
Ensure traffic management is in place, maintain temporary access/ramps for properties, and uphold overall site tidiness
Check off material deliveries and maintain an organised site compound
