We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Working Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily operations on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, full understanding of drawings, the ability to supervise effectively, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Duties
Supervise daily operations and manage the workflow of the team.
Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Train and mentor team members, providing guidance on best practices and techniques.
Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays to management.
Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any incidents that occur.
Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a relevant industry.
Strong management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A solid understanding of health and safety regulations applicable to the workplace.
Ability to problem-solve quickly and efficiently under pressure.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
Not a requirement but communication is Polish or Ukrainian will be considered as a plus
