Working Foreman
Job Description
NSH Developments Ltd are a small but growing General building company based in Diss, Norfolk. We carry out anything from a domestic extensions, barn conversions and 1 off New builds direct to customers. We require a working site foreman to work under our project manager. A skilled tradesman is required to lead by example on site.
Occasionally it may be just one job you would work on but it could be several jobs at once. This is due to the size of some jobs they would not require you full time .
The right person will need to have an eye for detail and ensure construction is carried out accurately to the plans and specifications. Company Van available and can be taken into account with pay negotiations
Tasks will include but not limited too, working on the tools, general day to day running of a site, organising and liaising with staff and Subcontractors. Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld. Filling out RAM'S, ordering materials including bespoke items such as windows, stairs, kitchens etc. Liaising with clients and architects.
All applicates must have good all round building knowledge as you would be managing multiple trades. Ideal trade would be a bricklayer or carpenter
