Key Roles include:

Supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring that all tasks are completed in accordance with project specifications and timelines. Manage a team of workers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to enhance performance and productivity. Communicate effectively to enable the project to run smoothly and clients to feel at ease Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Have a solution based mentality for problem solving Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and any incidents that occur on-site. Foster a positive working environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and collaboration among staff. Have a excellent eye for the finest of details Possess leader ship quality which highlight authority position on site

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or manufacturing industry is essential. Strong management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear instructions and feedback. A solid understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to the industry. Ability to problem-solve quickly and efficiently under pressure. A proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities with attention to detail. Flexibility to adapt to changing project demands and schedules is highly desirable.

Pay: 200.00-230.00 per day
