The Opportunity:
We are looking for a
Foreman
or an experienced
MIG Welder/Fabricator/Fitter
ready to step up and lead our workshop. This is a full-time, permanent role based in our workshop near Elgin/Lossiemouth. If you're passionate about welding, fabrication, and leadership, this is your chance to join a forward-thinking company that values its team.
Key Responsibilities, Skills, and Experience:
Perform MIG welding and fabrication tasks to a high standard, proven experience essential.
Mechanical assembly of machinery.
Operate and oversee workshop machinery, including brake press, CNC plasma cutting, and paint shop (finishing).
Read and interpret technical drawings (essential).
Lead and supervise workshop operations, ensuring productivity and safety.
Work independently and collaboratively.
Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate others.
Positive, enthusiastic, and committed attitude.
Participate in a weld test as part of the hiring process.
Two work references to verify your experience.
