Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Working Foreman to oversee and participate in piling works and cofferdam installations on key infrastructure projects across Scotland.

This is a hands-on role for a highly competent individual with strong leadership skills, extensive piling experience, and the ability to deliver works safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead site teams in the delivery of piling operations and cofferdam installations Operate and supervise the use of side grip vibratory hammers Work with and install long piles safely and accurately Coordinate with site management and engineers to ensure programme and quality requirements are met Maintain high standards of site safety, organisation, and productivity Ensure compliance with Scottish Water standards where applicable

Essential Requirements:

Proven experience in piling and cofferdam works Hands-on experience using side grip hammers and handling long piles Valid CSCS card 360 Excavator ticket (including lifting operations) Dumper/Roller ticket (preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Full understanding of safe systems of work and ability to implement them onsite

Desirable Qualifications:

CAT 1 & CAT 2 (Service Avoidance) Confined Spaces (City & Guilds-accredited) Previous experience working in a Scottish Water environment or similar SSSTS or SMSTS (Site Supervisor/Manager Safety Training Scheme)
