Working Foreman/woman
Job Description
Working Foreman required for Large Property refurbishment, successful candidate must have good knowledge of Health and Safety, needs to communicate with office based PM and have understanding about Plumbing and Electrical works. For travel purposes candidate should live in close proximity. Refurbishment works will include:
New Structural openings
Wall finishes
New Doors Install
Repairs to existing doors
Window refurbishments
New Flooring
Some minor demolition works
Ironmongery install
New Timber Joists install
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 173.35-284.87 per day
