WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD is currently recruiting for a team of (8) Degree Educated, Remote Home-Working Telephone Customer Service Representatives for our UK office. This is a full-time permanent Work from Home-Remote position. All Laptops, headsets & telephones are provided by WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD for the Remote Home-Workers Telephone Customer Service Representatives – UK role.
Remote Home-Working Telephone Customer Service Representative – UK Position Summary:
• Provide telephone customer support
• Communicate with all levels of customers
• Ensure accuracy on all written, verbal & interaction to customers
• Provide guidance to the customer base
• Perform other related claims duties as assigned.
Remote Home-Working Telephone Customer Service Representative – UK Essential Functions
• Handles/adjudicates all customer calls
• Keeps record of all phone calls and all future contact until end of customer cycle
• Receives documentation & organises by customer status  
• Performs other duties as assigned
