Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction or infrastructure projects on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader with strong management skills to contribute to the successful delivery of complex projects.

Responsibilities



Supervise daily site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety regulations Coordinate and manage teams of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively Monitor project progress, report on milestones, and resolve any issues that may arise during construction phases Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation at all times Utilise microsoft project for project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and address any deficiencies promptly Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication Prepare reports on project status, risks, and delays for senior management Assist in procurement processes and manage site logistics efficiently

Skills



Proven experience in supervising construction or infrastructure projects with a strong understanding of site operations Excellent management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively Strong organisational skills to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, team members, and external stakeholders Ability to identify potential issues early and implement appropriate solutions Demonstrated supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment

Pay: 24,420.00-50,933.44 per year
