Working Supervisor - Carpenter (Fire Door Industry)
Hartland Fire have an immediate requirement for an experienced Supervisors to join their established team.
The initial contract will be near the Ipswich / Colchester area, longer term the contracts may include travel and working away.
Hartland Fire work on prestigious MOD, NHS and Government sites throughout the UK. As such, all staff are required to satisfy an enhanced DBS / screening process.
To be considered as a team supervisor, candidates will require:
Proven ability in the timber fire door trade with a robust knowledge of fire doors and their components. You will have run teams prior SMSTS desirable but we can provide the training for this First Aid desirable but we can provide this The position is a Working Supervisor, carrying out all supervision duties but also fitting and maintaining doors in a reduced capacity which allows the time for the mandatory supervision duties. Excellent opportunities for progression Company van with Fuel card for business purposes Company Pension 28 days holiday (inc BH) Knowledge and experience with Steel doors is an advantage but training can be given
