Duties

Supervise and manage the production team to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols. Oversee the planning and execution of production schedules, ensuring that targets are met within specified timelines. Monitor workflow and equipment performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Facilitate training and development programmes for staff to enhance skills and productivity. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and resolve any operational issues. Prepare reports on production metrics, highlighting successes and areas needing attention.

Skills

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the construction industry Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills to motivate and guide team members. Must be SMSTS qualified. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficient in problem-solving techniques and conflict resolution. Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to the industry.
