Utilising an automated scheduling platform to balance field engineer and external agent workload against resource capacity; achieving

maximum efficiency

by overseeing, optimising, and monitoring the planned workload. Scheduling accurate downtime

diary management

to control and manage field, and contact centre resource and workload. Responsibility for diary housekeeping and

maintenance of planned workload

, controlling and maintaining maintenance capacity release through the Salesforce and Monet platforms. Utilising information collated from data sets, dashboards and workstreams to

support diary management

across field and contact centre teams. Working within process to

secure accurate links

between data management and operational scheduling of workload by type. Liaising with both the field and contact centre Management team to make resource recommendations and ensuring

scheduled compliance

is achieved.

What makes us successful together




Previous experience using an

automated scheduling platform

is required. A proven track record of utilising data and reports to

drive operational scheduling

. Skills in the

diary management

of resource and workload. Excellent

written and verbal communication

skills are required. Candidates should be educated in

Maths and English

at a minimum of grade 4 level or equivalent and be proficient in MS

Excel

.
