Job Introduction
We are looking for a Workplace and Facilities Coordinator to join our team of 4 Rapport Ambassadors. Our client is a globally recognised charitable foundation dedicated to advancing science and research. You will be based at the service desk and working alongside the client to ensure a seamless experience for all building users.
This role is all about efficiency, highly professional and excellent service. If you thrive in a structured environment, enjoy problem-solving, and have experience using Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems, this could be the perfect role for you!
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 8 AM and 6 PM)

Main responsibilities
  • Manage helpdesk tickets, ensuring they are maintained accurately, actioned and resolved promptly.
  • Follow-up on outstanding requests to ensure completion.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and arrange catering as needed.
  • Assist in creating weekly reports on helpdesk activity.
  • Support the reception team with refresher training for holiday cover.
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Provide a warm, professional, and proactive service to all building users.
The ideal candidate will
