Workplace Experience Coordinator

The role

You will be the steady hand behind the scenes. You will keep offices and communal areas immaculate, the kitchen tidy and stocked, and refreshments ready for guests and team meetings. You will excel at the small thoughtful touches that make busy days enjoyable and run smoothly.

What you will do

Maintain cleanliness and presentation across offices, the kitchen, and shared spaces Prepare teas, coffees, and refreshments for meetings and guests Replenish supplies and keep the kitchen organised and inviting Support the team with simple daily tasks that improve flow and standards Uphold Space Dental standards so the workplace looks and feels its best
