You'll play a key role in ensuring our workspaces are welcoming, safe, and productive for employees, tenants, visitors, and contractors.

Main Responsibilities as Workplace Host :
Be the first point of contact for all workplace-related queries.
Maintain a clean, safe, and collaborative office environment.
Manage meeting rooms, breakout spaces, and reception areas.
Operate front desk and parking booking systems.
Support Health & Safety initiatives and site walkarounds.
Coordinate access control and security procedures.
Assist with onboarding, recruitment paperwork, and large meeting logistics
Manage workplace booking systems for London and Manchester offices.
Collaborate with service providers (cleaning, catering, waste).
Embrace emerging technologies like AI to improve processes.
Provide administrative support and help coordinate departmental moves.
Skills and experience you need as Workplace Host:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
High attention to detail and data accuracy.
Confident using Microsoft Office and workplace systems.
Organised, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasks.
Flexible to cover site hours between 8am - 6pm.
Desirable:
Previous experience in customer service or office environments.
Familiarity with Health & Safety practices.
