As part of the workplace experience team, you will help create an environment that promotes well-being, productivity, and a positive company culture.


You will proactively identify opportunities to enhance the onsite service journey, introduce new initiatives, and ensure every customer interaction reflects our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for colleagues and visitors, delivering a 5-star, concierge-style service. Own and enhance the Touchpoint Journey, creating memorable experiences through exceptional customer service, events, and surprise-and-delight moments. Manage visitor and meeting room processes, supporting guests and stakeholders with a professional, solution-focused approach. Build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders, capturing preferences and responding creatively to requests. Proactively maintain the workspace by monitoring standards, reporting issues, and supporting housekeeping or maintenance needs. Support community initiatives, events, and wellness activities to foster engagement and connection. Assist the Workplace Lead with operational decisions, process improvements, and ongoing health and safety compliance.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Experience in corporate, hospitality, or customer service environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Flexible, motivated, and customer-focused mindset.
