The Role
We are looking for a dependable, well-organised individual to join our team as
Workshop Administration & Accounts Support
.
This key role supports both the Workshop and Accounts departments to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations and outstanding customer service.
You will be responsible for managing workshop job cards, scheduling workloads, invoicing completed jobs, chasing outstanding payments, and maintaining clear communication with customers regarding repairs and collections.
Key Responsibilities
Organise and accurately process workshop job cards
Schedule and coordinate workloads in collaboration with the Workshop Manager
Invoice completed jobs and promptly follow up on outstanding payments
Communicate with customers regarding repair authorisations, updates, and vehicle readiness
Provide general administrative support to both the Workshop and Accounts teams
Respond to customer account queries and maintain accurate customer records
Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in workshop or service administration (preferred)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Confident and professional communicator, both verbally and in writing
Basic understanding of invoicing, billing, and payment processes
Able to multitask, prioritise workloads, and remain calm under pressure
A positive attitude and a proactive, team-focused approach
