Role Overview:
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented
Administrator
to support existing team on at our DHL site in Coventry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and a keen eye for detail. Experience with warranties is a bonus, but if you have general administration experience and a proactive attitude, we would love to hear from you!
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm and 8am - 12pm every other Saturday.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and maintaining accurate records and documentation
Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and reporting
Supporting the team with warranty processes
Handling incoming communication (phone calls, emails) and directing them as necessary
Assisting in maintaining a smooth workflow within the office
Ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role (warranty experience is a plus but not essential)
Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
