Workshop Administrator/Controller

to be an integral part of our workshop team providing administrative support.


In the role you will be:




Supporting workshop staff with administrative tasks and documentation Coordinating workshop schedules, bookings, and job allocations. Maintaining accurate records of inventory equipment Liaising with technicians and management to ensure efficient workflow Processing orders, invoices, and supplier communications Ensuring all workshop documentation is complete and compliant Generating reports for management review and operational planning Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Previous experience in a busy administrative or workshop role Strong verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Good IT skills
