to support the smooth and efficient running of our busy facility workshop. This part-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and can communicate confidently with multiple teams across the business.
Working closely with the Workshop Manager, mechanics, drivers, and the Transport Team, you will play a key part in keeping our maintenance records accurate, our compliance documentation up to date, and our workshop running like clockwork.
What You'll Be Doing
Processing supplier invoices, purchase orders, and job cards accurately and on time
Keeping maintenance schedules, compliance documentation, and workshop records fully up to date
Supporting stock control, including monitoring parts usage, reconciling deliveries, and raising orders where needed
Maintaining the job card system (
Blue Crystal
) to ensure all work is logged, costed, and closed correctly
Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and invoice queries
Providing general administrative support to the Workshop Manager, including monthly reports and cost analysis
Communicating effectively with drivers and the Transport Team to support day-to-day operations
Assisting with ad-hoc tasks requested by management

What We're Looking For
Previous administrative experience, ideally in a transport, logistics, or mechanical workshop environment
Confident communicator--comfortable interacting with mechanics, drivers, managers, and suppliers
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Able to manage your workload independently within a part-time schedule
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with workshop systems (especially Blue Crystal) is an advantage
A positive, flexible, team-focused approach
