We're looking for a
Workshop Assistant
to join our friendly team and help with the preparation and finishing side of production.
Main Responsibilities
Measure, cut, and prepare timber accurately
Sand and finish components to a high standard
Apply wax finishes and light treatments
Keep the workshop tidy and assist builders with daily workflow
Follow safety and quality procedures
Requirements
Basic experience using woodworking tools (table saws, sanders, tape measures, etc.)
Comfortable working in a hands-on environment
Good attention to detail and accuracy with measurements
Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
Willingness to learn new skills
