We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Workshop Controller

to join our dynamic team at our

Greenhous Livingston site

.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills and a background in vehicle maintenance or engineering to step into a pivotal role within our workshop operations.

Salary:

32,823 per annum

Hours:

7.30 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday with 30 minutes for lunch (unpaid), i.e. 45 hours per week.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed below to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Organise the daily production schedule to ensure Bodyshop targets are achieved. Liaise with management and team members to ensure contractual KPI's and SLA's are met. Approve vehicle estimates in line with customer standards, ensuring repair methods are correct and costings are accurate. Communicate effectively with all departments onsite to ensure all vehicles are processed efficiently. Control and organise all off site dealer bookings. Organise PDI workflow to ensure all tasks are completed in line with vehicle due out dates. Manage ADHOC jobs that fall out of normal processes (PDI claims, Site Damage etc.). Collate daily reports for all departments for site management teams.

Ideally, we are looking for:

Previous experience in similar role. An understanding of repair processes and workflows. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads. Excellent communication skills. Strong IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft products.
