About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and organised

Workshop Controller

to join our Nottingham FordStore team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role where you'll be responsible for managing workshop activity, ensuring efficiency, and supporting our technicians to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

You'll play a key role in coordinating daily workloads, ensuring jobs are completed to the highest standards, and helping us provide the excellent customer experience Sandicliffe is known for.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing the daily flow of work within the workshop. Allocating jobs to technicians based on skills and availability. Monitoring efficiency, productivity, and quality of repairs. Liaising with service advisors to keep customers updated. Supporting the team in meeting performance targets. Promoting a safe, inclusive, and positive workshop culture.

Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, Senior Technician, or in a similar role is desirable. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
