Build and repair desktop PCs to customer specifications
Set up and configure new laptops for deployment
Install and troubleshoot wireless access points
Diagnose and resolve printer issues
Provide first-line technical support over the phone
Deliver face-to-face support to walk-in customers in our shop
What We're Looking For
Solid understanding of PC hardware and software
Experience with Windows OS and basic networking
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills for both phone and in-person support
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced colleagues
