 We are seeking an IT Engineer to join our IT & Security team to play a key role in improving and scaling our IT operations, tools and process with a heavy emphasis on automation. You'll bring technical depth and hands-on experience to help us manage and evolve everything from identity and access to endpoint management and internal tools. 
Key Responsibilities 
 Support & Services 
 Support day-to-day IT operations, including end-user support and assisting across hardware, software, and employee lifecycle requests. 
 Refine our support tooling, documentation, and feedback loops. 
 Triage and resolve endpoint, access, and SaaS issues while designing processes to minimise future issues. 
 Managing on-site hardware and video conferencing equipment. 
 Endpoint Management 
 Manage the lifecycle of Mac endpoints using Kandji, Crowdstrike, Kolide and asset management systems. 
 Improve management of Linux endpoints (currently 10% of our overall fleet). 
 Enforce baseline security policies, configuration standards, and compliance monitoring. 
 Identity & Access Management 
 Administer Okta including group design, lifecycle policies, and app integrations. 
 Automate joiner/mover/leaver workflows, SCIM provisioning, and role-based access controls. 
 Partner with security, engineering and infrastructure teams to implement least privilege, MFA, and audibility across services. 
 SaaS Engineering 
 Operate the technical management and integration of core SaaS platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, GitHub, and 1Password. 
 Continuously assess and enhance user engagement across tools, operational efficiency, and security posture throughout the tech stack. 
 AI & Automation 
 Identify and eliminate repetitive tasks through scripting, APIs, and low-code automation tools such as Zapier. 
 Assist in building small tools, bots, or dashboards integrating LLM tools securely to streamline onboarding, access requests and reporting. 
Requirements 
 Strong experience with Okta, Google Workspace, and Mac endpoint management 
 Basic scripting and automation experience such as Python, Bash, APIs, Zapier, or similar 
 Detail-oriented with strong process documentation and change-management savvy 
 A builder's mindset (creating repeatable, self-service, or AI-enhanced processes) 
 Familiarity with IAM best practices (least privilege, group-based access, audit logging) 
 Excellent communicator and collaborator with technical and non-technical team members 
Nice to Have: 
 Experience working in a fast-growing startup 
 Practical experience administering and supporting Linux endpoints 
 Exposure to cloud access patterns (GCP, AWS) 
 Experience using Kandji and Crowdstrike
