We are looking for a motivated and reliable Workshop Labourer to support the smooth day-to-day running of our busy joinery workshop. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in their contribution, and is eager to learn and grow within a professional manufacturing environment.

You'll be involved in a wide range of semi-skilled tasks, assisting our senior joiners and finishers in producing beautiful, handcrafted pieces. No two days are the same, and your role will be key to maintaining efficiency and quality throughout the workshop.

Support the joinery team with general workshop duties and preparation work Assist in moving, wrapping, and packaging furniture and components for delivery or storage Keep the workshop clean, organised, and well-maintained Help with materials handling and stock management Operate basic workshop tools and equipment (training provided) Assist skilled joiners and cabinet makers with project setup and finishing tasks Take a proactive approach to learning and developing new skills Work collaboratively and safely as part of a team
Experience in a workshop, manufacturing, or construction setting is advantageous but not essential

Our usual hours are 7.15am to 4.30pm Mondays to Fridays, with overtime available depending on live projects.

Salary: Dependant on experience, will consider employed or self employed candidates

Pay: 12.50-20.00 per hour
