What the job involves:

You will be responsible for ensuring all incoming work is planned correctly and efficiently. You will assist in the development of the workshop systems and processes so they are fit for purpose. You will ensure that the company's deliverables are maintained to the required standards and timescales, whilst maintaining high compliance standards. You will be expected to liaise with our customers on a regular basis to determine their needs and requirements. You would be responsible in assisting the Regional Manager, Service Supervisor and Service Controllers with implementing and maintaining effective processes to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction level.

Work Experience:

You must have basic knowledge of general warehouse layout, item identification and warehouse procedures.

A willingness to get involved and take responsibility. You must be a team player who is dynamic, energetic, and enthusiastic with excellent organisational skills and an ability and willingness to work accurately under pressure.
