Responsibilities
Supervise daily workshop activities and manage staff to ensure efficient working Provide training and support to team members on the use of hand tools, power tools. Address customer service inquiries related to workshop services and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Perform heavy lifting as required during equipment handling or workshop organisation.
Skills
Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Capability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
