Workshop Manager
to lead our team of technicians, oversee daily operations, and help drive our continued growth.

Duties
Oversee daily operations of the workshop, ensuring high standards of productivity and quality.
Manage a team of technicians, allocating jobs, setting priorities, and supporting development.
Monitor job progress, workshop efficiency, and ensure timely job completion.
Provide technical guidance and quality control checks when needed.
Liaise with the Service Advisor to ensure smooth communication between reception and workshop.
Order parts, manage stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers.
Ensure compliance with health & safety and MOT standards.
Contribute to team morale and maintain a positive working environment.
Report performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
Proven experience in a Workshop Manager, Master Technician, or senior workshop leadership role.
Excellent technical knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and servicing.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Organised and process-driven, with excellent time management.
Good communication skills to liaise with both staff and customers.
A valid UK driving licence (clean, held for at least 1 year).
MOT Tester qualification.
